Time is most precious thing we have in life and I’m lucky enough to have spent my precious time on the things that really matter. As proud a father and husband, I am most grateful for the loving family I’ve created with my beautiful wife, Mahnaz. Each day spent with my family has been a lifetime full of happiness. Thanks to my wife’s unconditional love and unending support in raising my two sons, I’ve been able to treasure such heartfelt memories over the years.
It is to my one and only, Mahnaz, that I dedicate That’s Love. Dedicating this album to her is my special way of thanking my wife for all the tender moments we’ve shared. When it comes to romance, I believe the nine love ballads on this album say it best. Each of the songs will always hold a very special place in my heart. As I sing them, I remember all the way back to the moment my sweetheart and I first met and the many times we’ve said “I love you” in between. My hope is that this album serves as a reminder that our love is classic and is as timeless as a love song itself. Giving those you love priceless gifts from the heart-- that’s love.
Over the years, singing love songs has turned into one of my favorite hobbies and I have my mother to thank for that. My supporting mother, who loves singing karaoke, convinced me that singing was the best way to relax. Once I started singing my favorite Oldies, I felt full of life. I said goodbye to my previous worries and focused more on my loved ones. I hope while listening to this album, others will be inspired to think more of those who are close to their hearts.
Singing ultimately became an effective way of improving myself, which, as a self-improvement enthusiast, means a lot to me. I am always trying to be a better me. So it is with great pleasure that I express gratitude to four people who have challenged me to be a better singer. I would like to thank my vocal coaches, Sean and Steven, for always believing in me and for helping me become a stronger vocalist. I never thought I could make so much progress in so little time.
I would also like to thank my friend, James, for introducing me to the recording process and for sharing an invaluable amount of knowledge and expertise with me. Last, I would like to thank Alex, for helping me record this album and for allowing me to add some of my own personal flair to each song. To all four of you, thank you for your time, your guidance, and your patience with me. I never thought it was ever possible to make That’s Love, and the four of you have taught me that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
"
To all the listeners out there, I encourage everyone to take the time to sing love songs to their loved ones. I believe if more people simply listened to songs about love, our world would be a better place. For those who believe in love in all its splendor, I humbly present to you my soundtrack of love…
